EDM #8 Challenge - draw your watch or other piece of jewelry. A simple piece of greenstone, pounamu, set in gold. I had to use my glasses and a good light, even then the pen did not go where it should. The sketch is only 3cm wide and 5cm long, so quite a small drawing. Once again no pencil drawing first, (which might have helped) I started at the bottom and went anticlockwise. I inherited this wrist jewelry from my red haired mother, she wore a lot of green. I would mark the sketch 4 out of 10.

Your drawings are excellent. I'm especially impressed with your attention to detail on the chain of the bracelet. Nice work!

Thanks windsong, I would like to be more accurate, and more subtle with shading the image. It was nice to draw.

Thanks Kate for visiting, I like the bracelet too, but it's too small. Must get some extra links put in.

Maryo, those links caused me the most bother, they are tiny, so thanks for the comment.

Kazumiwannabe you chose another area I tried hard to depict, the way the greenstone caught the light. It meant I had to mark the positions in case I moved them, with such a small drawing even moving my head a fraction made a difference.
