EDM # 22 Draw a piece of clothing. After succumbing to a spring lurgy and feeling sorry for myself for most of this week, I got up from bed today to try and get a drawing done. This is an old sleeveless polar fleece of a disgusting colour, pilled up and covered in static hair from somewhere, could be the cat's fur, she was buried 6 months ago but keeps reminding us (that she was here) in the sunlight when her fur is inclined to float in the shafts of light.

Margaret Ann thanks for the supportive comments, it's nice that people come and visit. Some sketches are more sucessful than others and it's not always the ones with subject matter I like - that work the best.

Starr I never know if I should use the centre of the book but for continuity I feel I should. I see others trailing sketches across so I think its good to try and see if you can do it.

I know what you mean.. i really don't know why our dogs are not completely bald by the amount of them I find scattered on all the floors every morning.. I should save it and make a blanket!!

In NZ some of the longer haired dog owners have spun and woven with their animals hair/fur. Not sure if I would have the patience. Thanks for the positive comments.
Always nice to receive.
