Preliminary sketch for EDM #27. Draw a book or anything else. My book is bound by Martin's grandfather William Edwin King for his bookbinding apprenticeship in 1908. I am not happy about the way the centre of the book seems to curve up and will try to fix it. I am thinking about colouring as well.

Hi Gwen, we are the only ones who know the differences between what we see and what we draw. It's nigh impossible trying to see what others see and draw that! Yes, it is wonderful to guard the books and to think about their making, different times, the binder.
