17. Draw your favourite tree, I chose to draw some attributes of a tree I would like. Hardwood, dense but not brittle, with straight grain suitable for building, the roots would be gnarly and strong for decorative things and hold the tree against the wind. It would provide shelter from the weather and be evergreen. The fruit will be edible and the leaves aromatic with medicinal purposes. The smaller branches are pliant and supple and when green can be woven for baskets etc. It would be disease and pest resistant. Not a lot to ask for.
