EDM # 72 continued. This is the second little drawing from the Kaipara Coast Sculpture Gardens that we visited on Easter Sunday. Done in coloured pencils from Alison McGarvey's work with ceramic balls and hardwood. I wasn't able to spend time when I was there so this is mainly from the photograph I took. It was quite tactile and made me want to touch the colours.

Hi Hillary just love the colours and I agree it does make you want to touch them.

Thanks Dale, I just don't have time to go to ceramic classes! Maybe next year.

I am just so amazed by your consistency in your EDM posts =) They are great!!! Love your handwriting too, it's got a lot of style.

Hi Alex, I think I am very inconsistent, I am struggling to develop my own way of looking at things. Sometimes loose sometimes tight. Thank you for your comment, it helps to know what others think.

I really enjoyed reviewing your EDM challenges. I think you might be one of very people who actually go back and sequentially complete the list!

Hi Shirley, I smiled at your comment, to complete them in sequence with good spirit has been a challenge for me. No matter what the object was to draw, I try to regard it well. Thanks for stopping by.

Absolutely lovely detail and colors in this.

Alissa, generous comments for a little drawing, thanks for leaving them for me. The balls turned out to be one of the fun challenges.

Hi Sue, thanks for visiting, and I am pleased you made the time to comment.

Hi Krista, if only all my drawings worked out as well as this one. Ahh but where would the learning be then. Thanks for your positive comment.

Marvelous!

Hi Janene, thank you for your comment. An aside - I have planted two quince trees and the blossom is glorious. I stew my fruit and alo, have made upside down cake with it. A bit of an acquired taste methinks.
