EDM# 15, draw a tree, trees, leaves or branch. I walked around the house to the sand pit where I had plonked a new fig tree last year, meaning to plant it out when I knew exactly where. It's such a sunny warm spot it didn't lose all it's leaves over winter. I outlined this sketch outside and finished it inside, the glare of the white page was too much. The shadow was against the house wall which is dark brown brick, I left this out as I thought it would be tooo complicated for me and it wasn't in the brief anyway. I'm chicken! This is not an accurate drawing - a little disappointing.
