There is something disturbing for me about this punctured ball shape. I can only stand looking at it with peripheral vision. V is for violence, who stabbed the ball? As I view from a distance with them scattered about on the desk, There is a semblance of precision which disappears up close.The 5" square with the colour wheel was made with cadmium yellow, ultramarine and alizarin and it also showed me that I need to do some more serious thinking and selecting of the complimentary mixes. Perhaps making 6 at once was not a good idea. In my defence I swear the colours changed when they dried.
