Sketching up Mangere Mountain yesterday, bitterly cold and in the shade, which made Dale and I think about moving on. So we did, down to the local boat ramp where fisher people and their families were out catching on the incoming tide. The first picture I think looks like a monster lurking and the second was extra quick as we decided to move. Then we came home for a cuppa to warm up and added colour to some of our earlier sketches.
