Collage X. The left hand side is the scanned flat page and on the right is a photo of the same page with the structures upright. Pity about the lighting! I may have to secure the X's together with thread if they lose the ability to stay in position. Drawing a small tagged thread to a slit in the page, having the X's held in their positions with knot and glue, remembering to release it before shutting the page. I did want the X's to stand upright without bending or folding the page, Dale suggested the thread. Original X taken from earlier work printed out and over inked with Pearlescent and Sumi ink on the X's and an antiqued copper vedigris border, using Canson and Arches Text wove on BK Reeves page.
